I've always had this problem - I know loads of couples and they
therefore share one home phone number and have a work and
a mobile number each. What is the best way of putting them in
    the phone book? Eg:

    Jane Doe:
    h: 1234567890
    w: 789098765
    m: 0987654321

    John Doe:
    h: 1234567890
    w: 7778889990
    m: 0008885551

At the moment I am putting them in as three entires. One for
Jane with work and mobile, one for John with work and mobile
and one for them both with home. Otherwise, if either of them
phone from home, the display *may* show the wrong person.

I know it's a bit picky but it seems wrong.

I assume that if I entered them both with the same number,
Jane Doe would always show when they rang from home, as
that would be found first in an alphebetical search through the
    phone book?

How does everyone else do it?

Excuse me if this was a really daft question!

You can also make three entries, adding "John & Jane Doe" with their home
number and leave that one out of their 'own' entry.
