    Hi

my T68i has suddenly developed problems with it's buttons and
joystick, everything apart from the 'no' button and the 'c' button has
    suddenly stopped working.
It's not been dropped or had liquid problems, they just suddenly
    stopped
The fone seems to work ok in that the display shows it connected to a
network, trouble is, I can't answer calls as the 'yes' button is one
    of those that doesn't work.
any ideas or suggestions (polite ones please!) appreciated.
    cheers,
    Baffie

I have met this. It could be just one sticky key which can
be carefully fixed. Try the FMA program (if you have a PC
with Bluetooth, Infra-red or cable connection- Google for
Foam Mobile Agent) and go into the Keypad mode. Then using
that, go to the Service Menu (Google for the instructions)
then Keyboard tests to see which key is faulty.

FMA is actually Float's Mobile Agent, not Foam Mobile Agent.

    Hi

thanks to all for the suggestion - I'll give it a try - though I have
already replaced the keypad (with SE original part) but the phone is
just the same, maybe FMA can give me a clue what's wrong

I was wondering if i updated the firmware if that might do the trick?
    currently it's on R7

    thanks again,
    Baffie
