P900 syncing to Outlook XP on an exchange server.
The sync in itself works fine. But sometimes (have not yet been able to
determine the reason) the sync deletes appointments - with no reason.
So, suddenly I see appointments gone, check the deleted items, and there
they are. Put them back in calendar, sync, and all is well again.
And no - I did obviously not delete them on the P900 ;-)
Also, some appointments get rescheduled. The sync to P900 will leave the
original apt, and not change time/date to the new rescheduled time. My
Outlook will be fine, while the P900 leaves the 'wrong' time. Even when I
edit the Outlook apt, so that it's for sure the 'last edited', no change in
the P900 after sync.
Anybody any suggestions?
The sync is set to 'use the last modified'.
Any suggestions much appreciated.

I've seen this too. I've managed to reproduce it:
Create a timed appointment one day in the future (Monday)
Sync phone and PC
Wait until the appointment is in the past (current day Tuesday)
Reschedule the appointment to a future day, e.g. Wednesday
Sync again
The appointment vanishes
I think there are other situations as teh above doesn't explain all the
times I've seen this happen.
For any Symbian or UIQ folks - this is a really bad bug, please fix. It
makes the organizer part of the phone almost unusable.
Note
- I have a p800 on r2d
- PC Suite 2.3.1 English
- Windows XP

This sounds like a different problem.
Two ideas:
1. Do a "full sync"
2. Install the freeware SMAN tool, and then use the 'fix timezone' option

3. Set it to duplicate conflicting entries
Good luck.
Please post back here your results.
all the best,
