SE Carkit

On the genuine Ericsson carkit where do i plug in the mute to radio cable so
the radio mutes as soon as a call comes in???

Also which carkit are you referring to?

I didnt know there were different carkits. i just thought the cradles where
the only bits that changed??
Ill get the model number off it later today.
The model of radio has a wire which just neds to be earthed to mute the
radio for it to be controlled by the kit.

There's a small 4 pin connector on the "Advanced Car Handsfree" box (HCA-10
and HCA-20).
This connector is for the "Music Mute Cable", "ignition sense cable" or
"Advanced Music Mute HCE-16 cable"

The HCA20 has the standard radio mute includes - no extras required.
The advanced mute also pipes the sound through your stereo.
