Sony-Ericsson PC Suite software v1.0.77 under WinXP

How can one get in touch with Tech Support? I looked on their web site
and there's no mention of it (with regard to PC Suite). Neither the
software menus, nor the help file indicate any way to get support.

I've got two problems:

1. Installed the software, and switched to another user (who also has
administrator rights), and if I try to run any of the sync apps, the
software attempts to install, but crashes. I've sent in numerous crash
reports (which seem to go to Microsoft). The exact error reported is:

"Sony Ericsson PC Suite Installer Information"

"Error 1904.Module C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Mobile\file
Manager\fmgrobjex.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact
your support personnel."

Sometimes the windows session hangs at this point and I have to bring up
Task Manager and kill the explore.exe process for normal windows session
to resume. Other times it seems to work.

2. I started off with a CSV text file with name, number, cel number,
etc. and imported into Outlook Express (WAB). Using the D-Link DBT-120
sync option I synced the WAB to the phone, but all names appear as "No
Name" even though each entry has the correct phone numbers!

Noticed that if I go in and simply invoke properties for each contact
and save it (with or without making changes!) and then sync, the name
comes across OK.

(2) may be a DLink defect perhaps, and not S-E PC Suite.

Anyone else run into this?
