Is it possible to change the default filename on SE K750 or W810? I
have both phones and the .jpg filenames are conflicting when I transfer
    them to my PC.

Ideally I would like to set one phone to start naming photos from
    DSC1000 onwards or AAAxxxx.

    Many thanks

on your PC, set up two 'dummy' jpgs. eg DSC1000 and DSC5000

Copy the 1000 one to phone A and the 5000 one to phone B.
(you might delete all other pics first...)
Then, as long as the format of the names is correct, the handset should
increment the numbers in sequence - then, the trick is, when you clear the
memory card, delete all the previous pics EXCEPT the current highest - that
    way, you preserve your sequences..?

    all the best, DavyPaul

If the SE phone cameras work like Sony's proper digicams, then the camera
will remember what the last file number was even if you remove the memory
card and format it. If you insert a card with a file number higher than
what it has in its memory from last time, though, it will start counting
from the number above the highest on the card you insert.
