signal issues with T68

I am on my 2nd T68 and still have dismal signal performance. I went
on http://www.letstalk.com/reviews/reviewhome.htmm and found an
abnormaly amount of comments that spoke of the same problem. I am
considering pushing ATT to replace this with a new model..... any
ideas here?

wouldn't you think that making people post 5 mssgs be4 they can acces
files would create alot of stupid posts?..
