I am thinking of upgrading from a T68i to a T610.
Is the T610 good? It looks pretty good looking at the specs.

Damned good phone with a screen that is excellent in dim light, but
absolutely lousy in bright light.

Re: T610 Opinions
I sent my C350 back. I think I was pi**ed when I ordered it.
My missus has a T68i and she now wants my T610.
I've had my T610 for 2 weeks now. Simply put, it has everything you ever
want.
If I didn't have a wife I would take it to bed (and no replies mentioning
phone sex!!)

Re: T610 Opinions
Love the T610! Switched to the T610 from my old T39, wich also happened to
be an excellent phone until it broke, the last one from Ericsson with an
external antenna and a flap which is kinda sad
The only complaint I have for the T610 is lousy battery time, but I suspect
that my battery is faulty. Other than that, I only have good things to say
about the T610 so far.

No I won't, because the firmware upgrade has absolutely no effect on screen
readability.
As usual Kimono is trolling the group. My advice is *plonk* the moron as it
has absolutely no idea what it's talking about. Feel free to send abuse
reports too - I have.

There is no upgrade, Kimono is just trolling in it's usual way.

I don't have a single gripe about it, except... the screen is pretty much
unusable in daylight. But excellent indoors.

Re: T610 Opinions
Cheers all. I think I will go for it.
Like when I bought the T68i, nothing seems to beat it on spec.

Re: T610 Opinions
I also think the battery should be better.
315 hours standbye ? no
14 hours speech/worktime ? no
the battery is too fast empty.
more people with this problem?
and what kind of batteries are available for the t610? only the standard ?
