Can you help?

I loaded the software into my PC and it worked perfectly.....

Then the next time I used it it said not connected so I reloaded the
software and again OK but next time "not connected" reloaded the software
etc. etc.

But now is not connected all the time !!!!

Can you help?

Also what price should I be paying for memory sticks?
