I have just been looking through the online tariffs on O2.co.uk and they
seem really cheap. Is there a catch?
http://shop.o2.co.uk/choosetariffs
Online Off-Peak 500:
500 minutes free off peak calls P/M
500 free SMS
£25 P/M
Online 200:
200 minutes free anytime calls P/M
500 free SMS
£30 P/M
Also, O2 seem to have an international package which seems pretty good if
you are making calls abroad.
Is this a good deal?

The trouble with O2 online is that although they're cheap, their customer
service is utterly appalling.

Cheers, Steve.

Yes there is a catch , if you need to speak to customer services it
costs 50p a minute.
Or you can email and wait up to a week for a reponse
apart from that the online deals are ok , im on online 100 and after a
couple of initial problems everything works fine now.
