if your phone accepts midi ringtones then all you need to do is find a
site that you can listen to the ringtones on first, listen to the ones
you want then check your tempory internet folder, wholla there you go
the midi files. just beam them by infra red across to your phone (or
by phone lead) and you have a free ringtone.

T200. Just looking for different ring tones. Could be pop music or
anything that the T200 doesn't have.

This web pages has free ring tones via keystroke instructions for the
phone's built-in composer. You don't even have to know what you are doing,
just go to your phone's composer (phonescoop.com says your model has it) and
push the buttons the web page tells you to.
