Dear All,
Can it take multiple no's for a name (per Nokia 6310i)
Also, what would be simplest way to transfer numbers (200+) from 6210 (some
have multiple numbers for a single name)
Cheers

Yes it does it has them preset such as home, mobile, work, other, fax

AFAIK infrared should work or if the 6210 has bluetooth then that's an
option
T610 is a bit of a better phone so I'd consider that instead of the T68i if
you was looking at buying a new phone.

Like the small sixe of T68i - is hthere much difference re the T610 ?
There do seem to be lots of good deals around which means you can get a 610
for next to nothing

Yes and the T68i is near EOL but still it's what you like and what you need
that makes the choice at the end of the day.
I had a T68i and went to a T610. The T610 has polyphonic tones (which means
you can send midi files to your phone and it will play them) the Mophun
platform for games and Java is also there (missing from T68i). It also has a
built in camera although it's not very good and has fun value more than
anything. The screen is bigger and brighter with more colours.
There are still some gripes like the ringtone acts like an increasing ring
even when set not to (in order to prevent lawsuits from ear damage) the SMS
tones are still not customisable although you can select from 7 tones and a
click. I sometimes miss these like I did with my T68i which had a quiet SMS
tone. The screen is quite poor and difficult to read in the sunlight. At
night and indoors its perfectly fine though.
You might also like to consider waiting for either the z600 or the T630
which will have better screens than the T610.
