    I am just wondering anyone has sent your T610 to Sony Ericsson's
    Carrollton, TX service center for firmware upgrade. I've sent it out
    for a month now and was told it is still in process. When I called for
    the case number, I was told that it would take 7 to 10 days. Now a
    month has passed... What's your experience?

    I get mine 20min afterwards back...every time.
    So if you have to send it in - it should be 2 or 3 days more...

    After sent in my T610 for a firmware upgrade for a month (SE received
    on Oct.24 and it is Nov. 24th today), I called again today to Sony
    Ericsson Support. The Rep. told me again there will be another 5 days
    delay. This is the same answer I've gotten a couple weeks ago. And,
    their customer support has no way to track the phone. This kind of
    customer support seems very poor to me. So, I have to call again after
    another 5 business days. One thing sounds interesting is that I sent
    my T610 for firmware upgrade but according to two reps I've talked to,
    it is waiting for a part. I am wondering what 'part' does it have to
    do with the firmware upgrade...

    Anyone knows how to escalate this issue to SE's management?

    Hello,

    Did you just went to SE's store? I was told that I have to send in to
    one of their service center for the firmware upgrade, no?

    The store where I got my T610 said they don't do the upgrade... :-(

    It is possible that they found a fault with your phone while upgrading
    it, or afterwards when they did some tests on it.

    You could also try asking for the call centre supervisor/team leader or
    similar person. They may not want you asking for them, but if you are
    determined enough you will get through to them. Hopefully they can give
    you a more accurate picture.
