You have to access the site via wap and login, though last time I tried it
it wasn't working properly

If it's the same msg I get, all you need to do is select "details", then
press No and No again to go back.
Voila, the MSN Mobile main menu!
Hope this helps,

Step by step breakdown:
1) Go to mobile.msn.com
2) "Translation error" appears on screen (unable to translate the given
page)
3) Select the "Details" link at the bottom of the error page
4) "Unable to process the request - headers are too long" appears on screen
5) Go back (to the message in 2) by pressing "No"
6) Go back again
7) Voila - the MSN Mobile main menu

I think my prob is different to this. I have no trouble getting to the MSN
mobile menu without going through the steps you mentioned but it doesn't let
me login. It fills the fields in with dollar and hash characters and won't
allow me to edit them

I have never heard of this before.
Is it a 68i that you are using? I have no problems with either this, a 39m
or a 610!!
Dodgy firmware??

From msn mobile screen, when I select hotmail or passport login, I keep
getting "Please click the button below to continue. This manual step is
necessary because your browser has scripting disabled."
Then:
"the page is too large to send back."

T610. Never had any problems with any other WAP sites so seems odd if it
was a hardware problem. Could it be a network prob, I'm on T Mobile (UK)?

You have the same combination of hardware/network as me!
Which would suggest that your firmware is at fault??
The exact URL which should get you in first time every time (via your
handset) is:
http://mobile.msn.com/wml/menu.aspx
Hope this helps,

WOW it works! Don't understand why this url works when following the other
one to Hotmail didn't but I don't care. Have saved the page with my folders
on as a bookmark and now it goes straight to it without me having to login.
Thanks Antz - You da man! : )
