    You enabled the appropriate com port in the mobile phone manager under the
    windows control panel? If so click on the xtnd connect thing and it should
    do the whole starting business.

    This is the best program of the suite by far (especially the spam
    filtering). But on it's own, is not enough to warrant an upgrade from 2002 I
    feel.

    Although OneNote is a godsend!! Which you can get for free from the MS
    website by signing up to receive a trial version of Office 2003.

    I enabled all the com ports, I disabled all the com ports, i enebled them
    one at time, still couldnt get it to work.
