voice name to caller, Volume - T610

I would have sworn that my attached voice names to callers were much louder
when I 1st had the phone.. almost like a ring tone volume.. (the phone would
ring from someone I had a voice ID attached and I would hear "NAME" pretty
loud). Now, I don't and I wonder did I imagine this, and heard it through my
ear piece or do I have a setting / profile set wrong with all my 'playing'.?
