and shifting the start of night-time rates to 9pm on all mass-market
rate plans.

Wonder how quickly Rogers/Fido will match this, or whether they will
keep their nightime hours the same and use that as markleting leverage
to win Bell customers. This is a good test to see if there is any
competition left in the canadian wireless market with the disapearance
of Fido.
