V500 as a speaker phone

Hi,
I have just received my V500 from Orange. The Motorola web site says this
phone has a built in speaker phone, BUT the Orange manual does not mention
this feature. Does any one know how to activate this feature ?

When you call someone or receive a call from someone just push the upper
right button. You can see "SPEAKER" on the display.
