Mobile PhoneTools v 2.0 w/ USB data cable - Where to get?

First I want to know if Mobile PhoneTools version 2.0 with USB data
cable is what I need to Sync its phone book with MS Outlook.

Second, Motorola.com has it for $59.99. Any other place with a better
price?

works fine on my v400 (make sure you have an offical motorola cable if
you want to copy ringtones or pics from/to phone

ps: i founde the mobilephone tools for free on the net took me
about a day to find it.. free is always better and it syncs up
fine.. i dont sync it to my outlook tho. i use the moble phone
software

I've got a T720 with a USB data cable, but no software to Sync with my
Outlook Express address book. I would like to download Phonetools 2.X to
try it out. I saw on the Motorola website that 3.0 should be out anytime
now, but I'd like to test 2.X before I buy 3.0.

Anybody know a website I can download it from? I tried
http://www.motclub.com/html/programs.htm#mpt but I was unable to download
the 2.16 English update. Help? You can e-mail me at
