I bought this phone on eBay (figures!).
Everything works just fine, but I can't SET the unlock or security
codes without having the old ones.
I called the seller and he didn't know because HE bought it used.
I've been searching the web and newsgroups for 5 days.
I don't want to buy a clip. I'd rather not flash the device.
I will probably bring it to an authorized Motorola service center this
week and they can just do it for $17.50, but I'm just dying to know
how it's done. Would like to do it myself.
Curious.
Help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: T722i - help unlock!
Try Motorola default first. LOCK CODE:1234 Security Code:000000
If the phone in the lock mode you can read it with Motorola Service Software
(MSS) or PST available at www.motclub.com under programs. I havent played
with any 720 series but I believe one will work, probably PST for something
as easy as reading existing codes. Odds are the UNLOCK may be cahnged, but
Security is not changed as often.
