V300

Hi Folks
I jut installed the software for the V300
but it will not read or synchronize the phone book
can anyone help

What happens? Does it see the phone. Did you plug in the phone before
installing the software? If so you have to uninstall the software,
delete the Motorola modem in Device manager and start all over following
the instructions.

Yes it sees the phone everything works except the phone book
> Microsoft sends me an error message when I synchronize the phone book
> I have reinstalled the software but did not delete the Motorola modem in
