MBE Manager

Hello all!

I'm hoping there's someone here that can help.

I own a Motorola T720 phone. I have a CD full of ringtones and wallpapers,
and I have a USB data cable to connect my PC to the phone. I'd like to
transfer some ringtones and wallpapers from the CD to the phone. In browsing
the site http://www.freewebs.com/siteofhimself/t720info.htm
it states that in order to do this, you need PST 6.0 (which I have), and MBE
Manager. I have no idea what an MBE manager is, or where to find it. Google
didn't help.
I tried Mobile phone tools, but the "multimedia center" tab that you need to
click on to transfer the files doesn't appear when attempting to do it with
this phone. When using my V600 on the other hand, the tab is indeed there.

Does anyone have an answer to this? Is there other software I could try? Or,
can someone provide a link to the MBE Manager software?

I'm a real newbie at this but I've checked out motoclub.com but unfortunately I can't read it and can find nothing that resembles MBE Manager. Are there any other places I can look for that program?
