belkin USB blue tooth + V600 problem

Hi there,

I'm having loads of trouble trying to get my phone to see the PC, via MTP,
it just won't connect, but I can drag and drop file onto the phone! Anyone
help?

Belkin products are CRAP!!! Ever product I have purchased is crap. None of
them ever worked. Kept returning till I found something else that actually
worked... NONE Belkin product of course. Go figure.

Of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.
