The antenna is messed up looking on my V60g and I would like to
replace it. Looked on the internet and have found ads for replacement
antennas but haven't found directions on how to remove the old one.

    Thanks for your help.

I had my V60I Alltel phone antenna replaced at the Alltel store yesterday.
It took less than a minute and cost $10.00 and a few cents.

I can't believe that no one was able to help with this. What in the
    world?

I paid nothing, took it off myself and replaced it with a new one that
    someone gave me.

Come on, how hard is it to say unscrew the outer ring?

    Thanks.
