What kind of cell? Have you tried rebooting the cell?

Motorola Mobile Phone Tools query
Hi all.Managed to get phone tools up and running i think.Just gone back for
another go and the multimedia options seem to have vanished from the
menu.Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.Dont know if i
did something stupid or not,any help would be much appreciated as im tearing
my hair out.Thanks in advance.

Its a Motorola V220.Have tried uninstalling it from device manager and
reinstalling software with no effect.Bit of a newbie and not sure what else
to try although in the help topics it says selecting exit option in the menu
closes multimedia studio.Dont know how to get those options back.Thanks.
