Motorola v810 - Help me

hi, i just bought the motorola v810 and i want to know 3 things.
1 - How to unlock this cell fone?
2 - Is there any kind of code that i can use?
3 - How can i access the cache from the browse?

The company loks the download from the wap. I have to download by
brew, That means that i have to pay for each wallpaper, picture and
ringtones and pay for the connection too.

Sure they will not unlock the phone, hope there's a scape code 4 this
