v300 Questions

Just received a Motorola v300 and T-Mobile service and have a couple
of questions.

I want to be able to make calls easily with the phone in the closed
position. For the most part this is working well. Using the voice
commands I can easily initiate a phone call. If the person on the
other end of the call hangs up, the call is ended and life is good.
However, if no one answers, I have to open the phone and end the call
myself. I know it sounds petty, but that's a lot of work. Is there a
way to end a call with the phone closed?

Along the same lines, is there a way to use voice commands to produce
DTMF tones while in a call? This would be useful when checking
voicemail.
