hello, i recently bought a v710 and motorola phonetools upgraded to
latest version 2.21b

however i cannot access the phonebook, and it seems as though my phone
is not connecting to my computer, although i do get a windows message
that a v710 is a connected and both the phone and the computer beep

in the phonetools menu, when i got to View-->Modem Exchange (F12), i

way is a Conexant D480
