Motorola T731---Any way to...ringtones into it?

Hello, I got a Motorola T731(US Cellular). It’s a nice phone and I
like it but the ringtones charges add up and are IMHO outrageous in
pricing. Any loopholes around this or any way to program ringtones
into it via a PC with a data cable? What tools would I need? Can the
SP know what I’m doing? Thanks for your comments and answers ahead of
time!
