T720i

Help required oh knowledgeable ones,

recently purchased a 2nd user T720i damaged repairable which has been
repaired but is now asking for a "subsidy Password" when you insert a sim.
Have tried 1234 & 000000 but no avail . anybody any ideas what a Subsidy
Password is please????

the phone is locked you need to have it unlocked from the service provider.
