I downloaded a game from Mobango and it is an SIS file, not a JAR. Is
this useless for Motorola? Not that I've quite figured out how to get
a game into the phone, but I'm getting closer.

A SIS file is the file format used by the Symbian operating system used on
phones such as the Nokia 6600 & Siemans SX1. Unless you phone is running
Symbian, it's of no use to you.
