Wiping clear a v60t?

Giving away a v60t.

Is there an easy one shot way to delete all personal information,
phone book numbers, etc? Or must each be done seperetely.

menu- settings - other settings- inititial setup - master clear - security
passcode should be 000000

That doesn't clear "my telephone number" and name (Thats displayed on the
screen) though. How would you clear that?
