i recently purchased the $40+ USB -Mobile Phone Tools: Version 2.0- kit
for my new V300 for the ability to transfer the snapshots i take with
my phone to my computer and store them. after two attempts at a
successful install, i've got nothing. i get it down to the last step,
it the status won't stop 'Initializing'.

iall i want is to be able to store my pics onto my PC without having to
pay for picture e-mails.

please help and thanks in advance.
