I just got a new Motorola cell phone with Cingular service as a gift.
I am having some problems programming it.
1. The manual has V180 and GSM on the cover and on the first page, it
thanks me for choosing the Motorola V180 GSM phone. So, I guess that's
the model number. But I don't see any model numbers on the phone
itself. Is there any way to verify the model number from the phone?
2. Are there better instructions for programming this phone than the
owner's manual, which is minimal?
3. Is there a way to transfer phone numbers from Outlook directly to
the phone? I can't find anything about this in the manual, but it does
appear to have a USB port.
Thanks
