V300 Or V551 Helpp

i am currently in discussion with rogers for an upgrade of my previously
purchased phone
i have been arguing continuously and has finally been offered a v300
for 0$, or a v551 for 100$
i have researched both phones and they seem to be essentially the same,
with the addition of video and bluetooth
if anyone can offer helpful information or recomendations it would be
appreciated

v551 is quad band/ camera and video camera (both play and capture)
v300 is tri band/camera
