I've got a shortish version in MP3 format if you want it. Drop me a line
    removing the obvious.

How do you convert the MP3 file into a MID file for the phone? I tried all
of the software that I have, and I can't seem to find any capable of this.

You can't. A MID file is a file of information about notes and
instruments. Programs that play them read the notes and instrument
information and synthesize the sounds. An MP3 file is an actual
    recording of a noise.

You'd have more luck looking on the web for a MIDI version of the
    song you want.
