Hello,
I have a v60i and suddenly it will not charge. Any ideas? I have two
charges but nothing happens when I connect the charger jack.
Thanks -

Re: v60i won't charge
Check all connections for dirt & dust and make sure it's plugged into a
working outlet (sometimes an outlet can be controlled by a switch that
inadvertently gets turned off). Remove the battery from the phone for a
minute and put it back in and try again. Check battery contacts for
dirt/dust. Try a different battery - yours could have gone bad.

Re: v60i won't charge
Bruce,
Thanks. I found the contacts on the phone dirty. I cleaned them and I'm
going again.

Re: v60i won't charge
Glad to hear that. BTW, a pencil eraser is great for cleaning contacts
without damaging them. Of course any corrosion might need a more
abrasive cleaner like an emery board.
