Hi:

I've been reading this newsgroup for a few months now and have learned
quite
a bit. Thank you. I can now transfer ringtones/wallpaper back and forth
from PC to phone.

My kids have used MPT to create an audio clip. But, the sampling rate is
like 44K making the clip around 150KB - way too large. What free software
can I use to edit the clip and reduce the rate to a lower quality but
still
sound good?
