Need Copy of V3 UPC Barcode for Rebate

I purchased a new V3: have everything for the $200 rebate but trashed the
UPC barcode with the packaging before reading the fine print. I need a copy
of a barcode and cannot get any help from anybody, neither the vendor, nor
Motorola. Any suggestions?
