Re: screw covers
You can try making your own using double sided tape I hear, or email Dennis
at cnn.cn I believe he carries them, but doesn't have them listed as a
product.

Re: screw covers
I've heard/seen that people have made their own with silicone caulk by using
the correct size coffee stir stick or bar mix-stix or heat-shrink tube.
They 1st fill the stick with Vasaline or talcum power then squeeze in the
caulk.
Let it dry about 2 hours, then cut the plugs to size and remove the stick
cover.
In the future, if you have to remove the plugs from the phone a small sewing
needle works best to stab the plug and lift it out.
If you are carefull at selecting the caulk, get the "paintable" kind and you
can use a "Sharpie" to color the end of the plug and it won't show at all.

Re: screw covers WARNING...WARNING!
"Rolling your own" is ok for the cover plugs but beware of this: On the V
series, the one little bumper that is closest to the * key, hides a photo
sensor. When the cover is opened, this sensor controls whether the keyboard
light is activated (yes in dim light, no in bright light).
