V3 + voice ringtone

is there a way to record a voice from my phone and have it as the ringtone ?

Not sure if this feature is available.

However, you can use something like WavePad (freeware) to record your voice
and then transfer it to your phone. WavePad also has a text-to-speech
synthesizer that works pretty good.
