    Hello all,
I recently recieved a new v300 to replace an older phone that bit the dust.

I charged the new battery for over 8 hours, but this phone doesn't hold a
charge for more than 30 minutes or so before completely dying. When I insert
the same battery into my wife's phone, the charge holds for a day or more.
When I use my wife's battery, the phone again only has a small amount of
battery life, so it leads me to believe the phone is the culprit.

Is there some setting I need to change, or is it possible this phone is
    defective? Thanks for your help,

    TG

Mine v300 holds the charge at least for 3 days! Motorola plugs are not
as good as we hope, so check that the charger is realy chargin your
batteri, couse in my case it starts chargin but wehn i leave it over
too strong over anything, it stops charging!

I had a bit of lint from my pocket in the charger connection on the
bottom of my Motorola V60. It seemed to be charging, and just had no
battery life. Eventually it stopped charging altogether.
