There are Dual SIM Card Holders available from eBay Hong Kong and eBay
UK, the sellers of which claim that calls to either phone number on an
unlocked phone can be received without presetting a particular one on
standby mode. I have not purchased it, but I understand that it works
by using the Call Forward feature. On August 6, I posted a request for
users' comments, but unfortunately no one seemed to have tried it!
Anyway, I doubt that the one nevitas mentioned above will be able to
receive calls to the other nine numbers when only one of them on the SIM
card is in standby mode.

More information regarding this Dual SIM Card Holder is available at
http://www.ebay.com.hk/viItem?ItemId=5800927836. You may not know the
Chinese in the top part of it, but the English explanation is lower down.
