Care to expound on that? What problems have you heard of? I've been using mine since they were
released in the UK last year in the worst possible environment, and never a moment's problem with
the keys. The silver coating is wearing off them a bit, the paint is wearing on the edges of the
case and the screen is scratched, but this phone has had hard use and still lasted far longer than
my Nokia "builders phone".
If only they could fix the menu speed....

Somebody told me that the keys dont´t react correctly. A letter appears
several times although the key is being pushed only once.
But I think this guy doesn´t know how to use a touchpad.

I had this problem in the beginning - after the keys wore in (if that's the
terminology for it), the phone was fine.

Re: Razor V3
There are some mods at www.motomodders.net to speed up the menu and
parts for the case and screen can be bought from www.cnn.cn very
reasonably. They screen is just a stick on cover that can be peeled off
and replaced for $9.

Re: Razor V3
I wonder if he had the iTAP set to 'on' as that would make that appear
to happen. It can be turned off in a menu item.

Mine is great, I love the keys (they're a big part of the reason I
purchased this phone)

And the typing speed when the textbox is full... Both known Motorola
issues on my old i730, both fixed by firmware upgrades, so there is
hope.

I think that was probably iTap, where the phone tries to complete words as
you type in the first few characters. It can be toggled through several
different styles, with the up arrow/"0" key.
