I have a Motorola V180 and it will freeze intermitently. Usually
happens at night, a couple hours after I set my alarm. The display is
locked and the only way to get past this is to power down but pulling
the battery out. Any suggestions on how to avoid this ????? This is the
2nd one I got from T-Mobile. The 1st one got totally locked.....Thanks

Re: Motorola V180 Freezing
My wife's v180 had a similar problem and also had a replacement that did not
cure the problem.
On her phone, creating/using shortcuts was what caused the problem ... are
you using shortcuts to get to your alarm?
Work-around: don't use shortcuts (which she doesn't use anyway). Could not
get a resolution of the problem from either Motorola or Cingular.
