Motorola Software Problems

I have recently purchased a Motorola Razr V3. I have the latest
version of mobileTools and am able to sync contacts, calendar entries,
but whenever I attempt to do anything with the multimedia section of
the program, videos, pictures, ringtones, etc, the program says the
phone cannot be found. After going back to the main menu the
"disconnected" icon shows up and I have to "reconnect" the phone. Has
anyone else had this problem and if so do you know how to fix it? I
have reinstalled the device drivers, reset settings, etc and nothing
seems to work.

What version do you have? You can't buy the latest version, you have to
download it.
