After I flashed the firmware of my phone with a new version, a bunch of menu
options were made available. One of them, "Web Sessions," is full of
entries that I don't need, and I can't add new ones to the list. Is there
any way of clearing the list, so that I can add my own entries to it? I've
got PST, P2Kman and a couple other utilities installed, so all I need is a
    nudge in the right direction.

Go to the root of the phone's file system, and delete the file called
"WebSession". When you reboot the phone, the list will be cleared.
