No obvious cause. was working fine last night when changed alert to
silent before going to bed. then when leaving for work, this morning i
tried to change to vibrant and all of the keys seem to be dead and
unresponsive. make noise when charging, but i can't browse to menu,
messages, phone back, etc.

any ideas of what i can do or what might have caused this. while the
phone was made a a few years back, it has only been used for a few
months.
