V3 power up/down tunes?

1. Is there any way for the V3 razr to play a little chime when you open or
close the flip? Or power up or down? Mine is silent and could find no
settings.

2. Can you load on ringtones and games via bluetooth link to PC? If so,
what software do you need? Are there any websites that have good FREE
polyphonic ring tones?

3. Whats the quickest way to put the phone on silent?

Yes it should be possible using the software included with the phone.
Since polyphonic ring tones are midi files, you should find a lot on the
web.

with the phone beeing closed, looking at the outter display use the upper
left button on the outside, then press the lower left button
to toggle between the modes.
