v3 memory upgrade?

I was totalled that there is away that instead of having 5 mgbts. of space on my RAZR that there is away to unlock more memory space upto 13. If this is possible and anyone has done it. I would love to know how to.

See all the details at www.motomodders.net. You have to delete a lot of
stuff to get over 9 but just by reflashing I'm at 6.5 total.
